We measure the space, review the existing conditions and discuss how you want it to look and work. We’ll call to agree your visit time; physical samples help confirm your material choice.

Agree your proposal.
You receive the proposed construction, scope and price in writing. We confirm the details and arrangements before work begins. Discuss your questions directly with Dan; changes to the agreed work need approval.

Install and hand over.
We carry out the agreed work, review the completed project with you and explain the relevant care guidance and applicable cover. Access and reopening guidance is specific to your installation.
