Project-specific proposals and agreed terms govern work. This draft does not introduce a new warranty, cancellation term or payment condition.
Estimates and project scope
Online figures are indicative budgets, not final quotations. Assessment confirms measurements, existing construction, ground conditions, loading, access, drainage and scope. Unpriced items require a written proposal.
Visual concepts and drawings
Visualiser images are computer-generated appearance guides. Confirm products and colours using physical samples. Proposal plans and sections remain not for construction unless separately checked and authorised through an appropriate construction-issue process. Customer acceptance does not approve technical drawings.
Bookings and deposits
Checkout displays the deposit amount, VAT and the applicable booking terms before payment. Installation programmes are provisional until assessment and written confirmation. This page does not replace or alter those terms.
Uploads and technical information
Only send information and images you are entitled to use. Technical sections use product and system information together with staff-entered measurements; missing inputs remain to be confirmed. The website does not infer bearing capacity, infiltration or drainage connections from a photo.
Approval required
Legal entity details, contract formation, cancellation rights, liability wording, applicable law and dispute arrangements require confirmation and legal review before these terms are issued.
