Information you provide
Assessment and estimate forms collect contact details, postcode, project choices, site notes and optional photographs. Commercial enquiries can include project and tender information and PDF documents. Staff may record survey information, proposals, quotations, payments and delivery records for your project.
Project visualiser
Your photo and selected finishes are sent through Lovable AI to generate an illustrative concept. A concept is not a measured survey or construction design. Do not include people, confidential documents or unnecessary personal information in your photo. The downstream image provider and its current retention terms require confirmation before this notice is finalised.
Storage and service providers
The application is hosted through Lovable. Lovable Cloud provides project records, staff sign-in and private attachment storage. Transactional messages use Lovable's managed email service. Stripe handles online checkout; card details are entered into Stripe's checkout, not the project enquiry form. You can choose to contact us through WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply.
Device storage and server records
Project selections and visualiser drafts are stored on your device with a 30-day expiry. Estimate confirmation is also retained on your device for up to 30 days. This is not a promise to delete submitted enquiry records or uploads after 30 days. A server-record retention schedule has not yet been confirmed; this draft does not invent one.
Use and access
Information supports responding to your enquiry, preparing an assessment and proposal, arranging work and providing aftercare. Staff screens and private attachment reads require authorised staff access. Customer project documents use a private project link; keep that link confidential.
